Kamoldeen Abiodun AJIJOLAKEWU is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Life Sciences. He obtained hisBachelors’ and Masters’ degrees from University of Ilorin and PhD from the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. He was a beneficiary a beneficiary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) in 2013 and a Post-doctoral Fellow at the Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2018. He teaches several courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has held many administrative positions at several levels in the University, including being an academic adviser and membership of several Committees. He is presently the Exam Officer of the Department. He has supervised andstill supervise many undergraduate and postgraduate students (MSc and PhDs)’ research ptojects. His research interests are Microbial Biotechnology with specific focus on renewable energy, fermentation technologies, lignocellulosic enzymes, bioprocessing and antimicrobials.
