Department Of Microbiology
Sunday Ademola LABA (PhD), is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of life Sciences, University of Ilorin. For over a decade, he has been teaching, Researching and undertaking various Administrative duties.
He has been Academic Level Adviser, tutor at School of Remedial Studies, Faculty of Life Sciences Representative to various Faculties and University Quality Assurance Unit.
His research interest covers Food and Industrial Microbiology, Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology and Mycology.
He has over twenty publications in reputable Journal outlet in Nigeria and Internationally. He has successfully supervised over 100 undergraduate student projects and 4 MSc dissertation.
Dr. Laba is a Member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria.
